The Kid's Mural Project

The Kid's Mural Project began in 2015 when we participated in Jacksonville's "One Spark"crowd-funding festival. Our kid's mural concept was noticed by a member of the Jacksonville Parks & Recreation Department, and we worked with them during their summer community programming that year. In 2016 we received the Spark Grant from the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville, and Florida Blue for the "Jax Kid's Mural Festival", an event that we hosted four times in Downtown Jacksonville. At the end of 2016 we were awarded the PNC Arts Alive Grant for our Community Outreach Project, "The Jax Kid's Mural Project". In November of 2017, we hosted the reincarnation of the Jax Kid's Mural Festival, "Color Me Kona" in collaboration with Kona Skatepark. Since October of 2016 we have visited 29 different schools here in Jacksonville, Fl and one in West Palm Beach, FL to paint 33 murals total. Click the link below to learn more!
